To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager for our Quaker Oats, Forrestfield site. This pivotal role provides strategic and technical leadership, ensuring all our products meet or exceed our high standards wile empowering teams to embed quality at every step of the process. For you: Competitive benefits package: Discounts on Scoopon, Luxury Escapes, Asahi Beverages portfolio Generous leave options (wellness, birthday, volunteer, parental leave for both primary & secondary carer, additional leave purchase/cash out0 Health & Wellness programs: Discounted private health insurance Financial coaching Counselling sessions Skin checks Professional development programs Global career opportunities Responsibilities Champion Quality & Food Safety systems, compliance (FSSC22000), and continuous improvement Coach and develop QA team, and build site-wide capability Oversee audits (ensuring alignment with internal and external requirements), traceability and pest management Ensure site performance meets or exceeds all Quality & Food Safety KPIs Manage the customer complaint handling and end-to-end investigation process Qualifications Degree qualifications in quality systems, food science / food technology preferred 5 + years experience in quality & food safety systems, research and development Extensive leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment, including people management and change leadership Ability to prepare reports and documentation to meet site and audit requirements.
