Job Description

Your tasks:

► Coordinating complex processes along the guidelines of existing strategies and participation in the introduction of new strategies.

► Preparing actual vs. target comparisons, implementing corrective actions, if necessary.

► Representation of tasks towards the management and customers.

► Coordination of colleagues within the relevant technical area.

► Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, customer-specific requirements and governing internal RB rules within the project and the entire organizational unit.

► Creating, maintaining, and constantly improving the QM system.

► Evaluating the effectiveness of the QM system (with indicators and through evaluation by the management).

► Conducting audits and ensuring the effectiveness of the quality-relevant corrective and preventive measures (with special focus on measures arising from audits).

► Preparing summaries on QM-relevant subject.

► Professional coordination of quality trainings at the location.

Qualifications

► You have quality related experience, process approach, experience in the creation/operation of management systems.

► You have experience in the creation/maintenance of documentation, audit experience either in preparation and representation, or as lead/co auditor.

► You have a deep understanding of IMS related standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949).

► You are a team player.

► You are customer oriented with good communication skills.
