Job Summary:
As a Quality Lead in our team, you will champion a quality mindset and drive Product Acceptance and Production activities across the company. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to embed quality standards and foster continuous improvement. Your role will involve managing Alpha and Beta Pilots, supporting governance, and maintaining quality gates in production. You will interact daily with a global team, helping to shape our approach to software quality and innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

Drive a quality mindset and communicate the benefits of software quality to product teams and engineersPlan, define, execute, and report on Product Acceptance testing activities with key stakeholdersManage, maintain, and execute employee production Alpha and Beta PilotsLead quality improvement actions with Product engineering teamsDefine, develop, and maintain quality and test engineering dashboardsSupport and maintain governance and quality gates in productionCollaborate daily with a global teamWork closely with engineering, design, and business teams to embed quality standards across the company

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Experience with Agile techniquesAbility to work independently and proactively across teamsHands-on product test management experienceProduct acceptance and business testing experienceExperience working with global teamsFamiliarity with software development tools such as JIRAOpen-minded self-starter with adaptability and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholdersAbility to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment
