Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities:
• Instruct, correct, and train employees in the proper use of inspection equipment and the performance of their work.
• Establish a planned quality audit system in compliance with third party auditors.
• Develop process audits and frequencies for torques and welds on safety sensitive joints.
• Ensure proper equipment is used for the accuracy of measurement as required by specifications and recommend new equipment that may be needed so capital can be assigned.
• Communicate non-conforming conditions to groups responsible for ultimate resolution.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the inspection group on legacy production and NPI programs.
• Maintain and leads the process for gauge recall and calibration system.

Qualifications:
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience: 3 or more years of experience required, experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Software Knowledge: Quality Management Systems and related tools including APQP, PPAP, control planning, and FMEA
• Thorough understanding of Quality tools such as SPC, Capability Analysis (Cp, CpK, PpK), Gage RR, and metrology tools and techniques preferred, lean six sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Must be able to interpret part/assembly blueprints and Geometric Dimensioning Tolerancing (GDT)
