Job Description
The Quality Lead is responsible for ensuring product integrity throughout the production process. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, hands-on experience with precision measurement tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
ResponsibilitiesConduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and vision systems for micro parts.Perform lab-based measurements including pH testing, viscosity, and moisture analysis using specialized equipment.Execute pull force and burst testing to verify product durability and compliance.Schedule and coordinate specialized testing with external laboratories when needed.Ensure product quality through detailed visual assessments before release.Essential Skills2-5 years of experience with hands-on inspection.Strong communication and reporting skills.Experience within a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical setting is preferred but not required.Proficiency in inspection, testing, and metrology.Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and microscopes.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in quality inspection and visual assessment.Knowledge of testing methods including pH testing, moisture testing, pull force testing, and burst testing.Work Environment
The position is 100% onsite with a start time of 6am. The team consists of 80 employees across two locations, with 5 dedicated to quality (including 3 technicians). The primary worksite is the production facility located at 510 S Vermont Ave, Glendora, with some time spent at the headquarters at 2035 E Financial Way, Glendora. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
