Quality Lab Assistant I

Summary: Seeking a Quality Lab Assistant with expertise in medical device complaint handling and lab management.

Requirements:

High school degree/equivalent with 3 years' experience or equivalent education/work experience Lab experience Knowledge of Quality System Regulations, Medical Device Directive, and ISO13485 Quality Standards Proficient technical writing skills Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills:

Experience in medical device complaint handling Experience with mixing chemicals

Responsibilities:

Assist Complaint Investigation Site in receiving and decontaminating product returns Review product return information and ensure proper documentation within the complaint management system Coordinate shipment of returned devices to external vendors Track and order supplies for laboratory Dispose of bio-hazardous materials per procedure Facilitate Work In-Progress (WIP) management Organize products for storage and disposal after required retention time Participate in continuous improvement projects Assist in the investigation and disposition of NCEPs and CAPAs

Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
