Quality Intern - Summer 2026 What we are looking for: Aldridge is seeking a Quality Intern to join our dynamic and energetic team. This position will assist the Quality Department with ensuring that all technical (installation) aspects of the construction process, including those provided by subcontractors and suppliers, are in accordance with the contract drawings and that the technique, procedures, and materials comply with the specification. What you’ll do: Duties include: + Implementing the Aldridge Quality Program’s process for project job sites. + Attending job progress and pre-planning meetings and maintaining logs of quality items. + Advocating project pre-planning initiatives and providing support when possible. + Communicating trends, issues and best practices to the Quality Department Manager in order to support Aldridge as a learning organization. + Assisting the project teams with setting up all deliverables for the Aldridge Quality Program. Who you are: We are pursuing candidates with the following qualifications: + Enrolled in a college or university. + Willing to work in a variety of roles depending on the needs of the department. + Solution oriented, problem solver with a hands-on and team-oriented attitude. + Ability to relate to a diverse group of individuals throughout the organization. + Previous industry internship or work experience is a plus. + Demonstrates ability to communicate with supervisors, peers, and internal/external partners. + Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. + Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above, preferred. What we offer: The hourly pay for this role is $20.00 - $25.00. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
