Activities focus on enabling effective quality control, process control, and product development. + Reviews and reconciles QMS documents (e.g., SOPs, work instructions, training materials) for accuracy, revision control, and alignment with site and division standards. + Improves data quality and consistency across applicable platforms; maintains the schedule, execution, and metric reporting for layered process audits. + Revises work-center training checklists; standardizes content and ensures alignment with training modules and competency requirements. + Assigns appropriate system user profiles to production operators and provides concise guidance on completing required trainings and acknowledgements. + Prepares test samples for evaluation in support of quality control, process validation, and product development activities. + Tests samples of manufactured products to verify conformance to specifications and documented requirements. + Sets up and operates laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for testing, research, and process control; cleans and maintains laboratory equipment in accordance with established procedures. + Records test results using standardized formats and prepares test reports that clearly describe methods, conditions, and observations. + Prepares chemical solutions according to standardized or experimental formulas for use in processing and evaluating materials. + Currently pursuing a BA/BS in Business, Quality, Engineering, or a related field. + Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain effective communication across multiple stakeholder groups. + Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail and data integrity. + Proficiency with PC applications, including strong skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with other Microsoft Office tools preferred. + Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. + Project management skills a plus (e.g., planning, organizing, tracking deliverables). + General understanding of manufacturing processes, practices, and quality management principles. + Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and protect business-sensitive information.
