Job ResponsibilitiesThermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Quality Intern to participate in outstanding projects aimed at promoting global well-being and safety.
Research, compile, tabulate, and analyze data for a variety of administrative and departmental mattersProvide suggestions or recommendations with regard to department-specific projectsPrepare and present reports; draft policies and procedures; respond to requests for informationBuild and revise procedures and work instructions as needed to maintain ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 compliancePerform specific tasks related to the actual department vacancy; and perform related duties, as requiredPerform inspection of parts or other necessary tests if neededParticipate in internal and external (customer) auditsSupervise activities as a local administrator for the databases related to documentationOther duties may be assigned, as requiredJob RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong analytical skills with the ability to research and analyze data effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse team and contribute to collective goalsFamiliarity with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards is a plusDemonstrates strong organizational skills by paying close attention to detailAmbitious attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the companyJoin us in our mission and make a difference in the world.
