Summary: Seeking a Quality Inspector for final QC, specialized in inspecting circuit boards, and comfortable working on the 2nd or 3rd shift.
Requirements:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One to two years related experience and/or training.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with a shop floor control system such as MRP/Paradigm is a plus.
Ability to read blueprint/customer drawings.
Ability to work with limited supervision and standing for extended periods of time.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs safely.
Understanding of basic IPC specification and military/commercial specs.
IPC-A-600 Certification
Basic computer experience - Microsoft Office-Outlook/Word/Excel.
2+ Years PCB experience a plus.
Must have basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division in all units of measure; ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, draw and interpret bar graphs.
Responsibilities:
Visual inspection of circuit boards including backplane, daughter cards, flex circuits, and assemblies.
Use micrometer, Vernier and pin gauges.
Follow process instructions on work documents such as batch cards and Inspection Reports.
Perform physical measurements such as Bow & Twist based on IPC-TM-650.
Verify final finishes meet specifications.
Inspect various product types (flexible, rigid-flexible, rigid).
Work safely following all safety regulations.
May require cross-training in other departments or overtime work.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
