Job Purpose
Ensure customer quality expectations are consistently met by completing all required documentation accurately and following site best‑practice quality processes and procedures. Identify and report any discrepancies or non‑conformances to the QA Manager promptly. Ensure all employees adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with ISO 9000:2015, PS 9000:2016, and the company’s Quality Procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out routine patrols and product inspection checks as required. Accurately review and verify Quality Checklists, ensuring all inspections are completed in accordance with written procedures. Ensure all Customer Specifications are fully implemented and adhered to. Record any discrepancies and report them immediately to the Quality Manager or Quality Co-ordinator. Maintain all required records and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Uphold housekeeping standards within the work area.
Additional Requirements:
Previous manufacturing experience desirable.Uphold and promote Smurfit Westrock’s values and behaviours.
Environmental, Health and Safety

This includes working to the practices shown during training that will be provided to you and the company's health, safety and environmental policies. You will be expected to work in accordance with local site practices and not to interfere with or misuse anything that's been provided for your health, safety or welfare.
