Quality Inspector
**Job Title: Quality Technician** **Job Summary** We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Technician with 3–5 years of experience to support quality control activities in a production environment. This role is responsible for performing inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure products meet established quality standards. The Quality Technician works closely with production and quality teams to identify quality issues and support continuous improvement efforts. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform inspections and testing of materials, in-process work, and finished products to ensure quality requirements are met. + Use measurement and inspection tools to collect and record accurate data. + Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or processes. + Assist with maintaining quality documentation, records, and reports. + Support quality procedures, work instructions, and control plans. + Work with production teams to address quality issues and support corrective actions. + Assist with internal audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives as needed. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training preferred. + **3–5 years of experience** in a quality technician, quality inspector, or manufacturing-related role. + Basic understanding of quality inspection methods and manufacturing processes. + Ability to read drawings, specifications, and work instructions. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. **Preferred Skills** + Experience using hand measurement tools and inspection equipment. + Familiarity with quality documentation and record-keeping practices. + Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment. + Exposure to quality systems or standards such as ISO or similar frameworks. **Benefits** + Competitive compensation + Comprehensive benefits package, which may include: + Medical, dental, and vision insurance + Paid time off and holidays + Retirement savings plan + Additional benefits based on eligibility **Work Environment** + Combination of office and production floor work. + May require standing, walking, and light physical activity during inspections.
