Quality Inspector

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

The Quality Inspector will be responsible for quality-checking fixtures for multiple products using quality measuring tools such as CMM, sampling, and calibers. This role requires individuals to be cross-trained in various positions throughout the facility as needed, with a willingness to adapt and learn other positions.

Responsibilities

Conduct planned and random audits of manufacturing processes and products during and after production according to established practices and guidelines.Coordinate precise and ongoing calibration activities for all company equipment, enter data in the system, and generate reports as specified.Order appropriate measuring and test equipment as required.Apply depth perception and ability to distinguish basic colors and shades of color.

Essential Skills

At least 2 years’ experience in a quality auditor inspector role.Understanding of testing equipment in manufacturing, inspection, and quality control.Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and auditing equipment.Experience in quality check, internal control, visual and dimensional quality.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
