Shift: Weekend Shift (6:00am - 6:30pm Friday - Sunday)

What You’ll DoPerform First Article, In-Process, Final, and Receiving Inspections on CNC-machined components.Use precision tools like micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, and more.Interpret blueprints and GD&T with confidence.Operate and analyze data from CMM, Keyence, Zeiss, and other vision systems.Verify compliance with AS9102, ISO 9001, and AS9100 standards.Partner with Engineering and Production to resolve quality issues quickly.Conduct shop audits and manage gaging tools.What You Bring2+ years of hands-on quality inspection experience in a CNC environment.Strong knowledge of mechanical inspection tools—you know your way around precision instruments.Solid understanding of GD&T, aerospace specs, and quality documentation.Experience with CMM and visual inspection systems (a plus!).A proactive mindset and clear communication skills.Why You’ll Love Working HereClimate-controlled, clean workspaceCompetitive pay: $24–$30/hour (DOE)3% 401(k) contribution—no match required2 weeks PTO from day one + MN sick payComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance + potential year-end bonusLong-term stability—average tenure over 10 years!Ready to Inspect Excellence?

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $66560.00/yr.

- Climate Controlled and super clean
- Guaranteed 3% company contribution to 401k (not a match. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%)
- 2 weeks PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that
- Average tenure is 10+ years
