**Job Title: Quality Inspector**
**Job Description**
The Quality Inspector will be responsible for conducting both incoming and final quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments such as tape measurers. These inspections will be documented either through a computer system or manually. The role requires the ability to climb ladders and work on the tops of radiators.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct incoming and final quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
+ Document inspection results accurately through computer systems or in written form.
+ Climb ladders to inspect the tops of radiators.
+ Utilize blueprints to perform quality checks.
+ Write reports for non-conforming materials.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in reading micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
+ Experience with blueprints and quality inspection tools.
+ Basic computer skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ CMM experience is desirable.
+ Experience in writing non-conforming materials reports.

**Work Environment**
This position operates on the 1st shift from 5am to 1:30pm. The work environment is within a manufacturing shop that includes a welding department, warehouse, assembly department, and quality department. It can be hot and dusty at times, and individuals may need to lift or move up to 75 lbs.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
