Quality Inspector Details:

Direct Hire position$58,000.00 /annuallyFirst Shift (09:00am to 05:00pm)Perform in-process and final inspections of electronic and mechanical components (e.g., circuit boards, battery systems).Ensure products meet FAA, AS9100, and internal quality standards before shipment.Accurately document inspection results and support nonconformance investigations.Use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, microscopes) and automated systems (Micro-Vu, Keyence).Review and verify build documentation for completeness, accuracy, and traceability.

Quality Inspector Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of quality inspection experience, preferably in aerospace manufacturing with electrical and mechanical assemblies.Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, wiring diagrams, and MIL-STD specifications.Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, AS9100 standards, and electronic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, multimeters).Ability to operate and program automated inspection systems like Micro-Vu or Keyence is a strong plus.Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or permanent resident) due to ITAR and export control regulations.
