We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to ensure the integrity and quality of our products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting finished parts and products, measuring dimensions, and examining functionality using precision measuring instruments.
ResponsibilitiesInspect finished parts and products using industry-appropriate methods.Examine incoming goods for mechanical and dimensional compliance.Record inspection results by completing detailed reports.Monitor equipment usage to ensure safe operations and discard any non-compliant equipment.
Essential SkillsProficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).Ability to interpret and analyze engineering drawings.Awareness of AS9100/ISO processes.Strong attention to detail.Effective usage of computer and software tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & QualificationsBasic math and logical thinking skills for problem-solving and troubleshooting.Experience in mechanical assembly is a plus.
