We’re hiring a Quality Inspector for a direct-hire opportunity with a global manufacturer rooted right here in Maine. This role goes beyond routine checks—it's about ensuring every component meets rigorous standards before it moves forward.

As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be the frontline of quality assurance, working closely with production and shipping teams to inspect materials, conduct tests, maintain accurate records, and verify that every product is built to perform in high-stakes industries like aerospace and protective equipment.

Daily Responsibilities:

Performing routine inspections on incoming materials, in-processes and completed parts per established procedures Documenting and reporting inspection and non-conformance issues to share with essential team members

Qualifications:

1-2 years of prior related experience High school diploma or equivalent Experience with ISO 9001/AS9100 requirements Ability to use various precision tools and inspection techniques Comfort working with teams and independently Must meet ITAR requirements
