Summary: Seeking a Quality Inspector to evaluate materials and finished products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and identifying efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

Experience in quality control within a machine shop environment

Knowledge of ISO-9001/AS9100 standards

Ability to use basic quality tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges

Basic knowledge of GD&T

Proficiency in reading blueprints

Preferred Skills:

CMM Programming experience

Internal Auditing expertise

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough examinations of materials and finished products

Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)

Perform and report on internal audits and evaluations

Enhance quality control procedures

Troubleshoot equipment issues and defects

Execute daily in-process part checks

Uphold a clean and safe work environment

Pay: 18-25

Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
