**Job Title: Quality Inspector** **Job Description** You will work in the paint line, performing quality checks on painted products. You will be responsible for inspecting and evaluating defects, ensuring compliance with specifications, and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of welding processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will check parts for quality, document findings on a computer, and work off work instructions and blueprints. We are seeking a high-performing, creative, and flexible team member who is adaptable to changes in schedule and structure to meet business requirements. **Responsibilities** + Perform quality checks on painted products. + Inspect and evaluate defects in products. + Ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. + Document quality findings on a computer. + Work off work instructions and blueprints. **Essential Skills** + Experience in saw operation. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions. + Strong measuring skills. + Proficiency in inspection, quality control, and assurance. + Competency with calipers, micrometers, and CMM. + Understanding of weld symbols and welding inspection. + High attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Welding Quality Inspection Experience. + Technical schooling is a plus. + Must have strong computer skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion. + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and job procedures. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a wealth of opportunities for advancement across our six-building campus, with outstanding benefits including a 401k match up to 6%. Welders will work within welding booths, ensuring safety and efficiency. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.
