Quality Inspector Pay Rate: $20 - $21/HR DOE + Bonus

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 5:00pm

We are seeking a Quality Inspector for a full-time position for our client, a manufacturing company located in Dover, NH. The Quality Inspector will work closely with the Quality Supervisor to ensure that products are tested and operating successfully at various stages of the production process. The Quality Inspector should have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout production. This is a full-time, 1st shift position located in Dover, NH.

As a Quality Inspector you will be responsible for:

Utilizes SOP’s and drawings to inspect kits and prepares samples for distribution and  sterilization.

Assists with the assembly of kits. 

Utilizes several different inspecting techniques and equipment to ensure products meet customer specifications.

Selects samples for testing at different stages in the production process and tests products for a variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance and mechanical characteristics.

Records inspection data.

Ensures machines are working properly. 

The ideal Candidate for this role will have:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience in Medical Device or other regulated industries is a plus.

One year of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to interpret drawings and specifications. 

Dependability with a proven track record of reliability. 

Detail oriented and organized.

Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment. 

Ability to read, write, and comprehend English

Basic math skills required. 

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Work, Powerpoint 

Must be able to lift 25lbs and stand for the duration of a shift. 

Requires close vision and must be able to see colors

Other physical requirements: regularly stands, walks, uses hands, reaches with hands and arms and speaks and listens.  Frequently sits. Repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting.  Occasionally climbs or balances, stoops, kneels, crouches or crawls.
