**Adecco is currently hiring immediately for Quality Inspector positions in Auburn Hills, MI** These are fantastic full-time, temp-to-hire positions with excellent growth potential in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment. Overtime (time and a half) and weekend hours may be required based on production needs and manager approval. This role will normally be a 40-hour work week plus overtime and double **Pay Rate:** $18.97/hour (must have prior quality inspection experience) **Shifts Available (3rd Shift):** + 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM + 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM + 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM + 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM _(Shift start times vary depending on customer assignment – must be flexible.)_ **Key Responsibilities** + Perform intricate visual inspection of assemblies and sub-assemblies to ensure they conform to quality requirements. + Read visual aids, engineering change notices, and special instructions; apply knowledge of electrical principles and IPC standards to determine acceptance or rejection of circuit boards and assemblies. + Enter standardized inspection results into MES system (pass/fail). + Identify defects, determine cause and effect, and report findings to manufacturing. + Review and approve solutions or escalate unresolved issues to QA Group Leader/Quality leadership. + Train other employees on quality processes and procedures. + Maintain accurate quality records of inspection activities. + Work safely at all times, complying with EHS standards and all company work rules. **Minimum Requirements** + **Prior quality inspection experience is required.** + Minimum 2 years relevant inspection experience or equivalent training. + Advanced reading, writing, and math skills (12th-grade level). + Basic PC skills (Windows, data entry, keyboarding). + Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities across multiple workcells. **Additional Requirements** + Must acquire and maintain Certified IPC Specialist Certification and Jabil QC Certification. + Must pass annual gage R&R test. **Physical Demands** + Sit or stand for extended periods; frequent walking, bending, lifting, pushing carts, and carrying equipment up to 50 lbs. + Required vision: close inspection work, frequent computer and inspection equipment use. + Safety glasses and steel-toed shoes required on the manufacturing floor, inspection, stockroom, receiving, and shipping areas. **Work Environment** + Workstation located on the manufacturing floor with a moderate noise level. **Click Apply Now to be considered for this Quality Inspector job in Auburn Hills, MI!** **Pay Details:** $18.90 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
