Summary: Seeking a Quality Inspector for 1st shift to perform inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
Perform incoming material verification and sampling inspection
Conduct first article inspections for injection-molded components
Execute in-process inspections including visual, dimensional, and functional testing
Identify and trace non-conforming products during production
Conduct final inspections for packaging and labeling before release to warehouse
Update Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP) documents as needed
Support calibration management of testing and measurement equipment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or technical school graduate
Experience in product inspection or quality control preferred
Experience in medical consumables or plastic injection molding is a plus
Basic understanding of quality concepts and problem-solving logic
Able to use measurement tools such as microscopes, calipers, and projectors
Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word)
Familiarity with plastic components and visual/dimensional inspection criteria
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of ISO 13485 quality system requirements is preferred
Basic Mandarin language communication/reading/writing skills
Working knowledge of an injection molding facility
Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
