**Job Title: Quality Inspector - 1st Shift - $17/HR** Job Description Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of automotive lighting parts. Our company is a leading provider in the 3PL industry, specializing in receiving, warehousing, and distributing products to major clients. Your primary responsibilities will include visual inspection, packaging, and tracking inventory to maintain high standards of quality. Responsibilities + Conduct visual inspections to identify defects such as holes, dents, or rust. + Utilize gauges to measure parts accurately, with provided training. + Track activities and inventory using a piece-rate system. + Monitor and maintain records with paperwork. + Package parts according to specified guidelines. + Perform lead testing by placing parts in water and operating testing equipment. Essential Skills + Proficiency in basic math, including multiplication, addition, and subtraction. + Ability to read and write for managing paperwork and basic data sheets. + Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. + Experience with quality tools such as Micrometers, Calipers, or Gauges. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in inspection and quality control processes. + Familiarity with work instructions and auditing. + Inventory management experience is a plus.
