The Role: Join our team as a Quality Inspection – Team LeaderQuality Inspection – Team Leader Quality Inspection – Team Leader Quality Inspection Team Leader! The Team Leader plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of operations and products in accordance with our quality management system. Responsibility for test & Inspection of manufactured and supplied parts from our internal or external supply chain. To take a proactive role in the day-to-day leadership of the inspection team. Responsibilities of the role: + Supervise and coordinate the inspection team + Time, attendance and performance management of inspection team + Assign inspection tasks and ensure coverage of all areas + Provide guidance, support, and training to team members + Ensure test and inspection activities are carried out in accordance with our internal procedures + Track and verify implementation of corrective and preventive measures that impact the cost of quality.
