Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspection Supervisor to join our Automation Assortment Department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality, overseeing quality inspection processes, and leading a small team to achieve production goals.

What You will be Responsible for:

Managing the team to ensure overall performance and development of the entire shift, including issuing corrective actions for improved performance as necessarySupervising Inspectors and Team Leaders to ensure discipline and adherence to general rules and regulationsProviding training, guidance, and support to teammatesAssisting in achieving departmental and Corporate Goals and ObjectivesCollaborating with Company Customer Representative for relevant CustomersCoordinating with Shipping and Receiving to meet Customer requirementsCultivating an environment of continuous improvementConducting Monthly Competency reviews for Team Leaders and InspectorsEnsuring daily accuracy of data in relation to TFT and Customer expectations

Work Experience

Work ExperienceWhat We’re Seeking:

Previous lead/supervisory experience in manufacturingValid Driver’s License, vehicle and vehicle insurance as some local travel is requiredExcellent communication skills, both written and oral Familiarity with all ISO standardsGED or High School DiplomaStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
