Quality Improvement Specialist (RN)
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist (RN) to join a dynamic team dedicated to advancing healthcare excellence. As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting hospital-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care, safety, and operational performance. This position is instrumental in driving continuous improvement through data analysis, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams. Key Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and report performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives across medical staff and hospital services. Coordinate and facilitate performance improvement activities, including root cause analyses, audits, and process reviews. Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies such as The Joint Commission, CMS, and other relevant agencies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote evidence-based practices and enhance patient outcomes. Maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance and improvement efforts. Contribute to the hospitals culture of safety and excellence by promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous learning. Skills and Requirements BSN required Minimum two years' experience in hospital surgery department, surgery clinic, clinical research or medical records. Clinical chart review and abstraction experience required.
