In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
**Quality Improvement Specialist | Pay Range:** **$21 – $22 / hour | Flexible Schedule | MUST Reside in or Relocate to Maine**

As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening our mission by ensuring quality care and compliance across our programs. What You’ll Do:
+ Provide quality assurance/improvement technical assistance and subject matter expertise for local process improvement initiatives.
+ Verify and track the implementation of effective improvement strategies to measure and improve outcomes.
+ Monitor quality improvement goals, analyze results, and report progress.
+ Review incident data, prepare reports, and present trends for management decision-making.
+ Conduct incident report training and provide technical support within the region.
+ Perform internal investigations of incidents and/or allegations.
+ Conduct audits and support teams in preparing for licensing and certification reviews.
+ Travel across Portland, Scarborough, Augusta, and surrounding areas of beautiful Maine.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality improvement or a related social services field.

+ Valid driver’s license with MVR in good standing.
+ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
