What You’ll Do: + Provide quality assurance/improvement technical assistance and subject matter expertise for local process improvement initiatives. + Verify and track the implementation of effective improvement strategies to measure and improve outcomes. + Monitor quality improvement goals, analyze results, and report progress. + Review incident data, prepare reports, and present trends for management decision-making. + Conduct incident report training and provide technical support within the region. + Perform internal investigations of incidents and/or allegations. + Conduct audits and support teams in preparing for licensing and certification reviews. + Travel across Portland, Scarborough, Augusta, and surrounding areas of beautiful Maine. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality improvement or a related social services field. + Unsure if you possess the qualification, let’s discuss! + Valid driver’s license with MVR in good standing. + Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines. + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + A strong commitment to quality and mission-driven work.
