Responsibilities The Quality Improvement Manager facilitates and supports the development and implementation of quality initiatives impacting patient/resident experience and satisfaction. This position supports nursing center and market management with established guidelines regarding patient/resident service processes and protocols, including but not limited to: * Successful solicitation and response to patient/resident satisfaction feedback * Provision of customer service education * Development of Guest Services care model * Effective and meaningful QAPI processes * Consultation on nursing center-specific issues * Company-wide policy and procedures * Survey issues * Program development Qualifications *Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or other relevant field preferred. Licensed in respective discipline. *Five years' experience in health care delivery.
