Job Details Job Summary: Creates data and analytics reports for quality and performance improvement department. Evaluates, analyzes and interprets data provided internally and externally. Actively participates in hospital performance improvement and patient safety initiatives. Qualifications/Requirements: Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines and rapidly changing priorities. Experience with healthcare quality metrics Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Tableau and Excel. Excellent written communication and oral presentation skills. Aptitude statistical analysis and multi-site collaboration for quality improvement. Demonstrates ability to create graphics and present research in varied settings, in person and using remote meeting platforms. Job Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Vice President of Quality and Performance Improvement Analyzes trends using statistical tools. Supports collection of data for Joint Commission Disease-Specific certification Assists in preparing and presenting departmental data Develops and coordinate data collection for various hospital scorecards and reporting. Participates in hospital performance improvement and safety initiatives programs. Provides application assistance to staff. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or degree in progress. Salary Range USD $25.00 - USD $28.00 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
