Job DescriptionResponsible for SC component, e.g. ASIC, Sensor… related cases handling with internal supplier, ECU complaints from OEM customer (0-Km, Field)Customer communication and reporting w/ equiped component, ECU and system knowledge.Customer escalation managementSystem tracking and driving internal supplier quality improvement.Be able to lead critical case handling as global task force leader with experienced problem-solving skills and project management method.Quality Statistics, Reporting.Other tasks as defined by Quality Manager

QualificationsBachelor in Electronic or Mechanic Engineering> 5 years working experience in semiconductor industryInternational standards of electronic component qualificationSemiconductor manufacturing processesQuality management standard & tools, statistical methodsSemiconductor device / ECU test conceptGood communication skillsFluent English
