Job Description

Main Objective:

Facilitate the daily operations of the Quality Director by proactively managing schedules, travel, visits, and resources, ensuring a professional and functional environment.

What challenges will you have?

Manage and coordinate the Director’s scheduleCoordinate national and international travel, as well as expense reports for Management and the department team.Provide administrative support to team members, handle confidential information, and demonstrate a high level of discretion.Ensure full compliance with the organization’s process guidelines and all applicable legal requirements.Responsible for preparing purchase requisitions.Coordination of various events for the departments/areas supported by the Executive Assistant.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

Advance English Level is required (C1-C2)Preferably has worked in the automotive industry for at least 3 yearsRelated experience is required
