Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IPC-A-610, and other standards
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes using tools such as 8D, 5-Why, and FMEA
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and test engineering teams to integrate quality into product development and production
Develop and implement statistical process control (SPC) and other data-driven methodologies for quality improvement
Provide training on Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
Support new product introduction (NPI) by defining quality requirements and validating product performance
Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution through structured problem-solving
Maintain and improve Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or 10+ years of Quality Engineering experience
Minimum 5 years of quality engineering experience in electronics manufacturing
Strong knowledge of IPC standards and relevant regulations
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or JMP
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), APQP, PPAP, and DFMEA/PFMEA
Preferred Skills:
Experience with automated inspection systems, PCBA manufacturing, or electronics assembly processes
Background in customer complaint management and resolution
Ability to lead cross-functional quality initiatives
Pay Details: $31.00 to $42.00 per hour
