Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:
Monitoring and analysis of customer return complaints for early detection of quality-related problems.Testing, measure, analyse, evaluate products, and report all the findings.Writing instructions, reports, and handling other required administrative duties.Training new associates.Escalation / task force participation with customer contact.Project participation in the technical definition for all types of activities.Technical support in the development of new projects.IAM repair management.Monitoring Customer IAM feedback on site.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
