Responsibilities

Support Quality Engineers in continuous improvement initiatives for raw‑material suppliers, contributing to performance analysis and the development of corrective actionsAssist in the preparation, updating, and organization of quality indicator reports, ensuring accuracy and proper monitoring of resultsCommunicate with suppliers to gather information, align pending issues, and follow up on quality‑related action plans

Qualifications
 

Currently pursuing a university degree in EngineeringExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English (intermediate level), as you will interact with the global team!Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment is essentialAbility to think analytically and provide fact‑based strategic insightsIntermediate knowledge of Excel and Power BIAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with others
 Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office) in São Paulo, SP
