The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. **What You Will Do:** + Support the design, analysis, and optimization of manufacturing processes. + Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards. + Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to improve process efficiency and product quality. + Perform root cause analysis using 8D methodology. + Generate reports, maintain documentation, and track corrective actions. **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronic Engineering. + Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field. + **Temporary position for 1 year** + 1st shift: 6:30 a.m. to 3:36 p.m. + English proficiency: 80% (working proficiency). + Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. + Knowledge of 8D problem-solving methodology. + PFMEA and Control Plan development and implementation. + Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. + Generate reports, maintain documentation, and track corrective actions. **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Aerospace industry experience in metalworking. + Lean Six Sigma knowledge. + GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) knowledge.
