As the Quality Engineer, come and be **r** esponsible for implementation, execution and maintenance of ISO 17025 based quality management system for the WW customer service organization. **Responsibilities:** + Review, audit, and assess calibration and test processes, and quality management systems. + Plan and conduct internal and external audits and manage audit corrective actions. + Administer quality tools and processes, including document control, management review, customer complaints, QMS training, and vendor evaluation. + Provide advice on quality issues to multiple laboratories. + Perform engineering and statistical analyses of calibration data. + Coordinate with internal and external departments, including equipment manufacturers and accrediting bodies. + Travel domestically and internationally (25% of the time). **Qualifications:** + 2 years of Quality and/or Metrology experience. + Extensive knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, and ANSI/NCSL Z540.1/Z540.3. + Experience with calibration and test methods, and laboratory operations. + Proficiency in problem-solving methods (PSP, 5-Why, 8-D) and internal auditing (ASQ CQA preferred). + Practical experience in evaluating measurement uncertainty. + Bachelor’s degree in engineering or five years of experience in metrology. + Ability to travel internationally. \#LI-RB **Ralliant Corporation Overview** Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
