CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. **Basic Qualifications:** • Bachelor’s degree in a business or engineering discipline, or combined education/experience\. • Team lead or management experience • Experience in quality control, quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, and/or Production Operations • Experience in corrective action and preventative action **Desired Skills:** • Master’s degree in a business or engineering discipline • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer \(CQE\) • Continuous improvement certification \(Six Sigma Green Belt, Shainin Red X, etc\.\) • Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing \(GD&T\) • Knowledgeable of LM Aero Corrective Action processes and systems • Technical knowledge of F\-35 and its manufacturing processes • Graduate of a Lockheed Martin development program \(i\.e\.
