**Description:** You will be the Quality Engineer Senior for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control \(MFC\) team in Grand Prairie, TX\. Our team is responsible for pioneering high\-performance air and missile defense, air\-to\-air, precision fires, close combat, sustainment, sensors, strike system and energy storage solutions\.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Quality Engineer Senior, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, from concept design to product line validations\. You will work closely with our team to identify and document quality deficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions\.
Your responsibilities will include:
\-Performing first article inspections
\-Conducting engineering requirements reviews, process reviews, and inspection reviews
\-Performing quality audits and product line validations
\-Providing root cause and corrective/preventive actions for nonconformances
\-Interfacing with customer needs and program management activities
\-Participating in failure/diagnosis and Material Review Board \(MRB\) activities
\-Providing technical liaison support related to quality engineering matters
\-Supporting design reviews, qualification efforts, and transition to production activities

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\. A company\-sponsored interim secret is required to start\.
**Basic Qualifications:**
STEM degree at Bachelor's level or higher, or equivalent experience/combined education\.
Electrical Experience
Must be able to identify and document quality deficiencies and ensure effective corrective action\.
Capable of performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions to complex problems\.
Understanding engineering drawings requirements mechanical and electrical inspection methods\.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
Must be able to multi\-task, meet deadlines and to support all supplier quality field engineering activities\.
Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
