**Description:** You will be the Quality Engineer Senior for the Precision Fires QA Development Group\. Our team is responsible for leading and implementing advanced Quality Engineering initiatives within the Precision Fires Advanced Programs, driving innovation and excellence in significant development programs\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Quality Engineer Senior, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross\-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met and implemented throughout the process\. You will lead Quality Engineering initiatives, provide technical liaison support, and work closely with suppliers to ensure conformance to Lockheed Martin requirements\. Previous quality experience in developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, work instructions, and procedures Demonstrated understanding of audit techniques Thorough understanding of engineering requirements and inspection methods Ability to interpret drawings and specifications Experience with control and disposition of nonconforming Material \(Material Review Board\) Experience solving complex problems associated with the quality of products and in Quality Management processes / capable of performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions to complex problems Experience working with Government customers Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc\. Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with Technical Operations, Manufacturing, and all other stakeholders Ability to travel to required inspection or delivery locations, ranging from day trips to multiple weeks \(10\+\) up to 50%\+\.
