In this role, your responsibilities will be:
Interpret project quality requirements for domestic and international customers (America, Europe, Middle East etc), adhering to contract requirements as well as relevant international codes and standards. Develop project-specific documents, such as the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Project Quality Plan (PQP) etc. Review procedures for FAT, SAT, Calibration, Hydro/Leak test etc. Conduct inspection of electrical and instrumentation items (Control Panel, PLC, HMI, Flowmeter, GC, PT, TT, TW etc.) Review supplier reports (MTC, Calibration, Routine Test, Type Test, Sample Test, Area Classification, Ingress Protection etc.), supplier ITP, manufacturer record book ensuring compliance with domestic and international customer standards. Witness and perform internal and customer FAT after system completion. Identify and report quality issues and support in the investigation of root cause and effective implementation of agreed corrective action with evidence for satisfactory closure using Emerson Global Continuous Improvement System. Identify process improvement opportunities for internal and supplier processes. Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, work instructions, template and demonstrate adherence during internal, project or external audits. Overseeing essential quality-related activities on assigned projects. Supervise support activities pertaining to suppliers/integration product quality on assigned projectFor This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum Qualification – Diploma or Bachelor’s in Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline. Other graduate with relevant core quality experience can be considered. 3 to 8 years of experience in quality. Experience in Oil and Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Major Fabrication, EPC/TPI agency. Experience in Calibration of Gas/Liquid Analyzer, Flowmeters, Field Instruments. Experience in Testing of DCS, Control Panel, PLC, HMI, Flow computer. Demonstrate personal commitment to safety and quality culture. Well Conversant with MS Office, word and PowerPoint & data analysis etc. Well conversant with National and International Codes / Standards.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
ISO 9001:2015 Internal or Lead auditor will be considered as an added advantage Certification / Training in- IECEx, PED, MID, ISO-17025, AGA9 preferred.Who We Are:
