Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Quality Engineer/Specialist Lead to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

Support a comprehensive quality management plan for the project, including quality control procedures, auditing protocols, and documentation requirements.Enforce and refine quality standards and performance metrics to measure and monitor the quality of design activities.Conduct regular audits, and quality assessments to identify non-conformances, deficiencies, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, subcontractors, and quality control personnel to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and project specifications related to design.Provide training, guidance, and support to project teams on quality assurance best practices and quality management processes.Prepare quality reports, documentation, and performance indicators to track quality metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.10+ years of proven experience in quality management on large infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of quality management principles, and quality assurance processes.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Certification in quality management (e.g., CQM, CQE) is a plus.

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00
