It has over 14,000 employees across 13 different countries. **Reference number** 2025-167028 **Job details** **Domain** Programs / Customer Relations **Job field / Job profile** Quality - Program / customer quality assurance **Job title** Quality engineer / senior engineer M/F **Employment type** Permanent **Part time / Full time** Full-time **Job description** Control the product realization process * Assure shipment of product which meets the customer requirements - ship a product free of defects * Assure the product-process control according to the customer and company specifications * Define, monitor and evaluate the effectivity of quality plans and practices and maintain, follow up and control QRQC process Manage the corrective and preventive action process *Document and follow-up internal and external corrective actions and verify its effectiveness *Maintain the CA/PA system for internal, external quality issues *Communicate with the external customer *Communicate with customer regarding product quality issues, validate and send answers to customer complaints *Ensure all CAPA analysis and actions are adequate to address the reported conditions Manage the transition/introduction of new products *Maintain FAI and PFMEA to ensure failure-free transference and new product lines or processes introduction/improvement *Perform Validation of new components and tools as required Manage the documentation and records control process *Generate, review, implement and maintain IMS documentation of quality department, work instructions, formats, etc. *Review and approve technical and performance specifications, quality documents and instructions Manage the training process * Provide on the job training as needed on quality criteria, customer complaints, etc. • Co-lead with process engineering team, as required to develop/update/improve training modules and support for trainers Support material acquisition/receiving inspection process * Provide effective feedback to receiving inspection process about the quality of supplied parts *Support on components FAI process to receiving inspection as required Manage the continous improvement process * Actively support the company continuous improvement initiatives and ensure Continuous Improvement objectives **Candidate skills & requirements** Knowledge on FMEA Knowledge on Aerospace wiring harness preferrable 8D methodology FAI reports and process AS9100 requirements **Job location** **Job location** Asia, India **City (-ies)** GMR Aerospace & Industrial Park 500108 Hyderabad **Applicant criteria** **Minimum education level achieved** Bachelor's Degree **Minimum experience level required** More than 8 years
