Document any defects or quality issues identified. + Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to address quality concerns. Work with suppliers to resolve issues or initiate rejections if necessary. + Audit processes and procedures for compliance. + Attention to detail, keen defect discovery, strong communication, and collaboration skills are essential. **Keys to Success:** **Education** + High School Diploma with 2+ years of experience in quality role; Associates degree preferred. **Experience** + Proven problem-solving abilities, a dedication to quality, and the determination to successfully implement solutions are key attributes for this role. + Experience with Quality Systems (Change Control, deviations, complaint management, documentation management). + Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 standards a plus. + Quality Assurance experience is highly desired. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptable. + Excellent communication and attention to detail. **Benefits** We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
