Your expertise spans across all levels of testing, including functional, system integration, and end-to-end testing. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Design Test Scenarios: Create optimized test scenarios, plan testing activities, estimate work efforts, and identify test environment and data requirements to ensure thorough testing of applications and systems. * Execute Testing: Perform manual and automation testing, execute test cases, report test status, and address defects through creation, triage, and resolution to ensure high-quality deliverables. * Analyze Test Outcomes: Apply analytical and cognitive techniques to analyze test outcomes, driving continuous improvements in testing processes and overall quality. * Utilize Testing Tools: Leverage various testing tools, BDD/TDD approaches, and test accelerators to enhance test efficiency and quality, ensuring optimal testing outcomes. * Report Defects: Identify, document, and report defects, collaborating with teams to resolve issues and improve overall product quality. **Required technical and professional expertise** Exposure to Testing Methodologies: Familiarity with various testing methodologies, including functional, system integration, and end-to-end testing, to design and execute comprehensive testing plans. Experience with Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with multiple testing tools, BDD/TDD approaches, and test accelerators to optimize testing efficiency and quality. Core Testing Skills: Strong foundation in core testing principles, technical testing, and business domain/processes to create effective test scenarios and plans. Manual and Automation Testing: Proficiency in both manual and automation testing, including executing test cases, reporting test status, and addressing defects. Analytical Techniques: Understanding of analytical and cognitive techniques to analyze test outcomes and drive continuous improvements in testing processes and overall quality. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Proficiency in Agile Methodologies: Exposure to agile development methodologies and version control systems to enhance collaboration and testing efficiency. * Knowledge of Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms to expand testing capabilities and stay up-to-date with industry trends. * Experience with DevOps Tools: Exposure to DevOps tools and practices to improve testing automation, deployment, and delivery of high-quality software.
