**What You Will Do:** In this role, you’ll support the Quality Operations team in maintaining product quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business to identify and solve problems, improve processes, and ensure our products meet the highest standards. **Your key responsibilities will include:** + Support day-to-day quality activities in manufacturing + Assist in reviewing and documenting non-conformances (NCs) and CAPAs + Participate in investigations and root cause analysis + Contribute to process improvements and quality data analysis + Support change control, risk assessments, and documentation reviews + Collaborate in internal and external audit activities + Support validation activities under supervision + Assist with product holds and containment actions **What You Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field + Around 2 years’ experience in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering environment + Basic knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and quality system regulations (preferred) + Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills + Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a collaborative team + Proficiency in English and Polish (spoken and written) Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
