We are seeking a motivated individual to support and drive quality excellence through digital transformation within a manufacturing environment.

This role plays a crucial part in day-to-day managing on the Quality Management (QM) module in the EBS system, ensuring accurate and timely quality data across production lifecycle. You will work closely with cross functional teams to develop and implement quality and manufacturing improvements through digital tools and systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and execute day-to-day transactions in the EBS Quality Management (QM) module to support operational and quality functions.

Troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues in SAP/EBS (e.g. master data, BOM, inspection plans etc.)

Setup and maintenance of BOM, Inspection Plan and quality master data

Lead and drive digital quality and manufacturing initiatives, including the automation of quality records, digital forms and dashboards.

Work closely with the Production Lead to support and enhance OPE (Overall Process Efficiency) tracking and improvement initiatives.

Maintain ISO compliant documentation systems, ensuring timely updates, version control and audit readiness.

Collaborate with production, quality and development teams to establish, implement and monitor quality standards and ensure compliance.

Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality-related risks and support the development of mitigation plans.

Stay current with digital trends and technologies relevant to quality and manufacturing; recommend practical applications that drive efficiency and performance.

Support data analysis, visualization and reporting to drive decisions related to quality improvement and manufacturing performance.

Provide training and guidance to production and relevant functions on quality standards, systems and initiatives/campaigns

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing or digital process improvement

Able to work in a fast faced environment

High level of problem-solving skills; Proactiveness. Organized, Meticulous.

Team player with strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills that can complete tasks with proper time management.
