Associate degree in an engineering discipline; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years in a Quality role within manufacturing (aerospace preferred).
3+ years of CMM programming experience.
Proficiency with PCDMIS and/or MCOSMOS.
Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and inspection methodologies.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, SPC).
Supplier Quality experience in aerospace machining.
Preferred SkillsDimensional metrology expertise including MSA and gage R&R.
Knowledge of first article inspection per AS9102.
Experience with fixturing and tooling design for inspection.
ERP/QMS proficiency for nonconformance/CAPA documentation.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop, edit, and validate CMM programs for machined aerospace components (PCDMIS/MCOSMOS).
Interpret engineering drawings/specifications and define inspection strategies and datums.
Identify and implement appropriate fixturing, tooling, and setups for dimensional measurement.
Perform and review inspections/tests to verify compliance with requirements; document results.
Execute MSA and gage R&R studies; monitor SPC and drive data-based improvements.
Create and maintain quality assurance documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
