Summary: Seeking a Quality Engineer/CMM Programmer to lead Advanced Product Quality Planning, Production Part Approval Process, and CMM Programming efforts in plastic injection molding.

5+ years experience in CMM Programming

Proficiency in Quality Methods like FMEA/SPC/PPAP/MSA/APQP

Knowledge of ISO Quality Systems, IATF16949 or AS9100 preferred

Background in Plastics Manufacturing

Understanding of GD&T

Willingness to train team members on CMM

Responsibilities:

Serve as SME for CMM, including defining layouts and writing programs

Manage all aspects of CMM hardware/software/programming

Ensure projects are within budget and on schedule

Conduct analysis on metrology fixtures and lead source selection activities

Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality and audits

Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning, Failure Mode Effects Analysis, and PPAP efforts

Coordinate between Quality and Engineering for QA requirements

Establish measuring/control plans to exceed customer requirements

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and maintain documents

Pay Details: $36.00 to $48.00 per hour
