The right candidate is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and accuracy of digital marketing platforms, tools, and campaign technologies. This role designs and executes quality assurance strategies across MarTech systems, validates integrations, and supports the delivery of scalable, high-performing digital experiences aligned with brand, operational, and governance standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Design, execute, and maintain quality assurance testing for marketing technology platforms including web, email, analytics, CRM, and paid media systemsValidate campaign builds, tagging implementations, personalization logic, and automation workflows to ensure accuracy and performanceDevelop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and regression testing frameworks aligned with release cycles and digital delivery timelinesIdentify, document, and track defects through resolution while collaborating with developers, product managers, and marketing leadershipPerform functional, integration, and user-experience testing across digital channels to ensure consistent customer journeysEvaluate data integrity across MarTech tools, ensuring tracking accuracy, reporting alignment, and governance complianceSupport continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to testing processes, tools, and automation practicesPartner with MarTech, Digital Marketing, UX, and Engineering teams to ensure solutions meet technical requirements, accessibility standards, and quality expectationsMaintain testing documentation, standards, and best-practice resources for internal teamsConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field3 years of experience in quality assurance, MarTech operations, digital marketing technology, or software testing environmentsExperience testing websites, marketing platforms, or customer-facing digital productsKnowledge of digital marketing technologies, tracking methodologies, and quality assurance principles within MarTech systemsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify defects, root causes, and process improvementsAbility to translate business and marketing requirements into structured testing scenarios and actionable quality standardsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsAbility to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral visionThe noise level is generally moderate

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, tag management systems, or CMS platformsFamiliarity with Agile delivery environments, release management processes, or automated testing toolsExposure to SEO, personalization, tracking implementation, or digital accessibility standards preferred
